Chad Ashley is an award-winning football coach and educator with over 20 years of experience leading successful athletic programs. Since 2014, he has served as the first and only Head Football Coach at Hampton High School in Hampton, Georgia, guiding the program to four playoff appearances in the last six years. His leadership has earned multiple honors, including 2024 Hampton Fall Coach of the Year, 2022–2023 Hampton High School Male Coach of the Year, 2022 4A Parker Resources Coach of the Year, and 2019 Henry County Football Coach of the Year.

Previously, Coach Ashley revitalized the football program at White Oak High School (NC) and spent a decade at New Hanover High School (NC), where his defenses consistently ranked among the state’s best. A former two-time Academic All-American and All-Conference selection at Campbellsville University, he brings the same dedication and discipline from his playing career into coaching.

Coach Ashley holds a Master of Sports Science in Sports Coaching with Honors from the United States Sports Academy.
