Dr. Coach Fletcher serves as the head coach of both the girls’ basketball and volleyball programs at Hampton High School. With a passion for teaching and developing student-athletes, he brings energy, experience, and a commitment to excellence to each program.

Throughout his coaching career, Dr. Coach Fletcher has focused on building strong fundamentals, fostering teamwork, and helping athletes grow both on and off the court. Under his leadership, athletes are encouraged to push beyond their comfort zones, embrace challenges, and reach their full potential.

Dr. Coach Fletcher believes in creating a positive, disciplined, and competitive environment where players develop not only as athletes but also as leaders and young adults. He values hard work, accountability, and sportsmanship as the foundation of both programs. Although Dr. Coach Fletcher is known to be demanding he prepares young ladies to be the best that they can be.

When not coaching, Dr. Coach Fletcher enjoys spending time with his family and is involved in many church and social organizations.
