Kenyatta Watkins
Greetings, I am Coach Watkins, I have over 12 years of
experience in education, I have dedicated my career to supporting students both
in the classroom and through athletics. I have taught Special Education and
General Education during my tenor, with over a decade of coaching experience. Here at The Hampton High School, I serve as
one of three Athletic Coordinator, Assistant
Band Director, Head Golf Coach & Assist. Flag football. At The
Hampton High School, I strive to foster both academic and athletic excellence.
I earned my AAS in Sports Management with a minor in
Marketing from the University of Phoenix and went on to complete my BS with a
double major in Business and Communication and a minor in Sales and Marketing.
I am now advancing my expertise by pursuing a Master of Science in Education
(MSE) in Special Education.
Teaching is my calling and Coaching is my passion. I love
what I do and if I can make a difference in one kid’s life then I know I have gotten
closer to my purpose.
